Logistics for a good cause

H&M is one of the most prestigious retail customers of DB Schenker. The Swedish fashion house and the logistics service provider have also forged close links over their shared commitment to advancing sustainability and environmental protection.

It therefore makes perfect sense for DB Schenker to support H&M’s global return and recycle project: recently employees at several locations in China and Vietnam collected worn-out clothes and shoes and delivered them to their customer – shipments in the opposite direction, as it were.

The fashion house, together with its partner I:CO, ensures that the fabrics are either reused or recycled and turned into yarns for new textiles or products for other industries.

In addition to supporting its customers, DB Schenker also runs numerous sustainability projects of its own. Want to learn more about them? Then click here!
